Reiki Level 1

The manual includes: the history of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, hands positions for self-treatments and for treating others, animals and plants, a diagram showing the chakras and a brief explanation on each chakra and their qualities, explanations on some Japanese Reiki Techniques appropriate for Reiki Level 1 practitioners and general guidance on Reiki treatments and sessions with others.

• A follow-up meeting scheduled during the following 4 weeks to practice and/or clarify doubts, if needed.
